: (1) There will be an Executive Council to act as the executive body of the Foundation.
(2) The formation of the Executive Council shall be as follows:
(a) Vice-Chancellor – Chairman
(b) Principal – Member
(c) Dean – Member (d) One member from among the teachers (e) Director – Member
(f) Registrar – Member – Secretary
(3) Nomination of the member as per clause (d) of sub-section (2) shall be done by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.
(4) The term of office of the nominated member according to sub-section (2) shall be three years.
(5) The procedure for the meeting of the Executive Council shall be as prescribed.
